Avenida Paseo de la Reforma, Ciudad de México, CDMX, 06500, Mexico
Attire: Indian casual. Light and bright (yellow/white/orange).
We have an eventful morning planned with some key pre-wedding traditions, so here’s what to expect:
11:45 AM – Mandap Muhurat, Ganesh Puja & Gruh Shanti
These rituals mark the official start of the wedding! The Mandap Muhurat blesses the wedding venue, Ganesh Puja seeks Lord Ganesha’s blessings for a smooth and happy marriage, and Gruh Shanti brings peace and positivity to both families.
11:45 AM – Mehendi
While the prayers are happening, the Mehendi ceremony will also be in full swing! Mehendi (henna) is more than just beautiful designs—it’s believed to bring good luck and joy to the bride, with deeper color symbolizing deeper love and happiness.
12:30 PM – Lunch
Time to enjoy a delicious spread and fuel up for the rest of the festivities!
3:00 pm- Haldi
Golden hues, laughter, and love—our Haldi ceremony is a radiant celebration of joy and togetherness. A tradition as old as time, where turmeric and blessings blend to create a glow that’s more than skin deep. Join us for a vibrant splash of rituals, mischief, and memories.
The morning events are optional for those that arrive early enough to attend!
